This space is dedicated to featuring some of our favourite up and coming designers. Every week we’ll be scouting some hidden talent and featuring them in an article. We aim to showcase their work and share a little about them as an artist.
If you’d like to take part in something similar, make sure to reach out to us via our Featured Artist page.
Meet artist of the week, Agnes Grochulska
Agnes Grochulska is a contemporary artist, working predominantly with oil paints, charcoal and graphite.
Agnes’ work has been displayed in a number of galleries around the world, in both Europe and the US. Although delving into a number of different themes, her work is centred around portraits that evoke meaning, importance and emotion.
Agnes also highlights the unique nature of the human form, a liking she may have picked up during her time at The Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, Poland. Her work exudes a sense of individuality, resulting in features in a number of publications and galleries.
I feel drawn to the human subject with all the emotion, meaning and importance that only the human form can carry.
